SUPPLEMENTS

In today’s article I would like to tell few words about supplements that have a big place in our lives and are extremely important for our body to function well.

As a single mother leading a very busy life it is important to me to have supplements that help me to keep my body in balance and to live healthy.

However… Do not forget that the most important thing is DIET!!!
Diet is the basis of all that we are going to do with our body and our lifestyle.

So… Let me describe to you guys my daily supplements.

I have few of them on my list:

1) MULTIPACK vitamin and mineral complex

One tablet in the morning keeps me going through the whole day, and one tablet before bedtime time helps me to relax and to have a deep sleep.

MULTIPACK
2) WHEY PROTEIN 100

That really tasty protein I drink every morning- usually for my breakfast I mix it with the porridge and some fruits. I also use it after every workout to speed up my muscle recovery.

    Nice Blog Edyta!

Use most of those myself, have found adding the Amino Acids (BCAA, Glutamine and Beta Alanine) amazing for my recovery and improving body composition. Its been a huge awakening for me so far in training since adding supplements properly. Your dead right on the diet though, most important thing! :)
