MY FAST RECOVERY
Today I would like to tell you how important it is to listen to your body. A lot of people come to me and ask about their training programs and the only thing I can see is lack of regeneration and the trainings scheduled for the whole week! That’s the biggest mistake we could make. Whether you are an amateur or pro or secondary school athlete you need to have some REST!! Even with the hardest training every day you won’t achieve the same success as if you took a break and then come back with even more power. And so I did it too. My body was exhausted, I didn’t feel happy while training and couldn’t concentrate at all. I took a short break to regenerate my body. I went to sauna that helped me to relax, get rid of all the toxins and release joints and muscles stiffness. I tried to sleep more and enjoy the time with my family.
