Why are “big guns” the Holy Grail of every bodybuilder? Everyone wants to have it, but not everyone knows how to get it. And what does the arm workout mean for you? Given the experience accumulated over time, today, as a bodybuilder competing in bodybuilding competitions, I must say that my approach to biceps and triceps workout has changed a lot.
