Fruits seem to be like an ideal food for everyone! Really tasty, healthy, easy to prepare, rich in fiber, plenty of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It’s an excellent and incredibly fulfilling snack, known as the healthiest snack ever. I even would have a lot of money today if I took a penny from every person that had told me sentences ‘Eat fruits, they are really healthy’ or ‘ You will grow up very strong if you eat more fruits’… That’s what i remember from my childhood… That the fruits are perfect!!!
