I LOVE MY BODY. It’s so simple to say it, but really hard to believe in it!
What are the most important things to love yourself? How to do it?
1. Try to like what you see in the mirror. It’s you!! Only you!!! Try to accept your body even if you think you should lose weight, need more muscles or have cellulite. If you think so, set up your goals and take small steps to achieve your success. Cut out the junk food, change your eating habits, drink water and exercise.
